Listings up high, lots of buyers, prices down. And there still is a problem? I love the tactics of Morgan Crossing. It´s so bold and agressive. But I wonder where all the people that are selling want to go. I mean somewhere there is a booming market. All these people are going somewhere. But I respect Mr. Jurock and his insight, so when he says that it´s O.K., I believe him.
