A great and simple analysis of the Vancouver market. the 75% affordability is just not right and surely off shore buyers would one day stop fueling it, because the prices would go so high. And with the 40 year mortgage gone, it would get only worse. I guess it is a good thing the market got a slap on the cheek to wake up. Sure, everybody wakes up grumpy, but in the end, they come to their senses. As a Vancouver realtor I truly hope for the best.
